Карточку Марсело с 94 рейтингом разработчики одарили совершенно взрывоопасными характеристиками, которые с успехом позволят бразильцу доминировать и уничтожать игроков соперника на любой позиции в Вашем составе.
Свои немногочисленные огрехи в обороне Рамос компенсирует совершенно чумовой для центрального защитника результативностью. Завсегдатай команды года на протяжении нескольких сезонов и в этом году будет выносить мячи из собственной штрафной с завидной регулярностью, перекусывать атаки Вашего оппонента в зачатке и при случае вколачивать голы с угловых в добавленное время. Following last year's format, the FIFA 19 Team of the Year will be vote will be cast by a carefully selected list of media, athletes, and EA SPORTS FIFA community members. The recipients of these ballot boxes have been tasked with the responsibility of representing the millions of FIFA Ultimate Team fans across the world.
Each recipient will select a starting XI from a shortlist of 55 players. These players have been selected by members of the EA SPORTS FIFA team, based on their real-world performances, in fixtures during 2018 football calendar.
By now each selected recipient will have received their custom-built ballot box, containing all 55 FIFA 19 TOTY nominee cards. All votes must be placed using the 4-3-3 formation, consisting of three attackers, three midfielders, four defenders, and one goalkeeper.
Each ballot box recipient will cast their vote by uploading a photo of their team via social media with #TOTYVote. These votes will be confirmed by January 7 and will account for 60% of the final weighting. The remaining 40% of the votes will be placed by members of the EA SPORTS FIFA team.

The official FIFA 19 Team of the Year squad will be announced starting on January 7, with these special blue TOTY cards available in FUT packs for a limited time in FIFA 19 Ultimate Team.

What is the FIFA 19 TOTY Promotion?
Every year since FUT 12, in early January, Electronic Arts build a team of players based on their real performance on the previous year. Before FIFA 18, the players of this TOTY were selected from the voting of FIFPro, the world wide professional footballers association, and announced in the Best FIFA Football Awards Gala. However, since last year things have changed and that selection is now made by the FIFA community and Electronic Arts.
During the FIFA 19 TOTY Promotion, Electronic Arts releases several FUT pack offers, themed cards, kits and squad building challenges. Details on FIFA 19 TOTY offers will be updated below.
When the FIFA 19 TOTY promotion will be released?
The TOTY event has been going since a few years ago. It is usually one of the first FIFA events of the civil year.

How the FIFA 19 TOTY Cards Work 
The TOTY cards are assigned to a selection of eleven players. Based on what happened last year, these are the official rules we expect to see this year:
RULE 1
AVAILABILITY
FIFA 19 TOTY cards become available in packs for a full week. During this period, they replace the corresponding regular not coloured cards. In other words, it is not possible to find a regular card of a TOTY player during this week.
1.1. If you own the regular card of a TOTY player, your card will keep unchanged. If you want the new version, you will need to buy the corresponding version in the market or pull it from a pack in that month.
1.2. Your odds of pulling a TOTY card from a pack are exactly the same ones of pulling the day 1 card of that player in another time.
RULE 2
RATINGS AND STATS
During this week, the best players of the year will be released in packs with upgraded ratings as unique items. The ratings and stats of these cards are permanent. They don’t change.
2.1. The TOTY release doesn’t affect Ones to Watch or UCL Live cards.

The squad of FIFA 19 TOTY Players
The TOTY cards are released once a year during the TOTY event.
The Team of The Year will be voted on by a carefully curated list of media, athletes and EA SPORTS FIFA community members. This collective of ballot recipients has been chosen to represent the millions of EA SPORTS FIFA players all over the world. Each team will be selected from a shortlist of 55 players, nominated by EA SPORTS for their real-world performance in the previous season. Custom-built ballot boxes will be delivered to each recipient on January 7, containing all 55 of the nominee player items. Each vote will consist of three attackers, three midfielders, four defenders, and one goalkeeper in a 4-3-3 formation. Each ballot recipient will cast their vote by posting a photo of their team on social media with #TOTYVote by January 11. The ballots submitted by this group will account for 60% of the final vote. The remaining 40% of the votes will be cast by EA SPORTS. The final Team of the Year will be announced starting on January 14, with special TOTY player items available in packs for a limited time in FIFA 19 Ultimate Team and FIFA Mobile.

A: TOTY is a team made by the votes of FIFA community. The TOTS is about the players of each league who have played better during the season (usually between August/September and May).

A: The TOTY will be chosen by a selected group of the community, including creators, media and sports personalities along with EA.
Q: How many players are selected for the TOTY?
A: Eleven. The Team of the Year is released only once a year and contain the best 11 players in the world,. The TOTY is made up of 1 goalkeeper, 4 defenders, 3 midfielders and 3 forwards, where each category can contain a player in any position.

A: Yes. Team of the Week are released interrupted every Wednesday.
Q: How easy is to find FIFA 19 TOTY cards in FUT packs?
A: Just like it happens with any best rated player, the likelihood of finding FIFA 19 TOTY cards in FUT packs is very low because these cards are extremely rare.
Q: In which FUT packs I can find FIFA 19 TOTY cards?
A: TOTY players can be found in any pack with rare gold players. Obviously, the chances of finding one of these cards are higher if you open a pack which contains more rare gold players cards.
Q: Can I store packs to open during the TOTY week?

With nominees for the ultimate team of the year released last week the voting had started, culminating in the final results being released recently. EA, being the firm behind the hugely popular FIFA video game series, plays a large role in the world of football. While FIFA is virtual, the game's stats are based on real world performances, with the Ultimate Team mode receiving new cards each week that mark the best players in the week that has been. It makes sense, then, for EA to run a vote on the best players of the year, with the winning players receiving special cards in FIFA 19 Ultimate Team.
EA has picked a list of 55 players, covering goalkeepers, defenders, midfielders, and attackers, and has asked a group of media, athletes, and FIFA community members to vote for their best players, using a 4-3-3 formation. Votes are based on real world performances over the last year, with 60% of the final vote coming from this curated group and the remaining 40% decided by EA Sports.

Your odds of pulling a TOTY card from a pack are exactly the same of pulling the regular card of that player in another week.
If you have an ordinary card with a TOTY player, your card will remain the same. If you want to improve the version, you need to buy the appropriate version of TOTY in the market or take it out of the TOTY packs.

Attributes have similar growth, but that doesn’t mean all attributes need to be improved. If the players played very well in a new position the previous year, the position of the players in these cards may change.
You can have regular cards and TOTY cards for the same player in your club. However, you cannot use them in your team at the same time.

The Team Of The Year will be voted on by a carefully planned list of members of the media, athletes and FIFA community. The recipients of this group of votes were selected to represent EA Sport FIFA’s millions of gamers around the world. Each team will be selected from 55 players, all of which are nominated by EA SPORTS based on their true performance last season. A customized ballot box will be delivered to each recipient on January 7th, containing items for all 55 nominees. Each vote will consist of three attackers, three midfielders, four defenders and a goalkeeper in a 4-3-3 formation. Each person who accepts the vote will send a photo of their team on social media by January 11th with #TOTYVote to vote. The ballot paper submitted by this group will account for 60% of the final vote. The remaining 40% of the votes will be voted by EA SPORTS. Finally, the TOTY lineup will be announced on January 14th. In the FIFA 19 Ultimate team and FIFA Mobile, special TOTY player items will be packaged for sale within a limited time.
About The Price There is no doubt that these cards are usually the most expensive of all cards.
If you have an ordinary card with a TOTY player, your card will remain the same. If you want to improve the version, you need to buy the appropriate version of TOTY in the market or take it out of the TOTY packs.

How many TOTY players will you pack this year?
The big day is upon us at last – the day that FIFA 19 fans around the globe finally find out which players made it into the Team of the Year (TOTY), the most prestigious and coveted accolade a player can achieve (at least, in a gaming sense) and you can now pack every single TOTY player.
The TOTY selection is a huge part of FIFA, with gamers and football fans raging across the internet to sing the praises of their favourite players. Was Lionel Messi better than Cristiano Ronaldo this year? Does Harry Kane really deserve a spot in the best team of the year after winning the World Cup Golden Boot? How many French players will feature after a stunning World Cup win? How many years can Dani Alves keep sneaking into the best team in the world for no discernible reason?
Well those questions are finally answered, as the full team has just been announced on Twitter.
A stunning team has made the cut this year, with a few surprises thrown into the mix which are sure to anger a few fans who were just begging for Paul Pogba to make an appearance. So who made it?
It was a ridiculously busy year for football, with the FIFA World Cup throwing up a bunch of surprises, as well as a stellar 12 months of league, cup and international football.
But we finally know who made the team.
Christiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi, and Kylian Mbappe all made the cut as the three best attacking footballers in the world.
The midfield trio of Kevin De Bruyne, N'Golo Kanté, and Luka Modrić make for an incredibly dangerous threat.
The defensive wall is made up of Marcelo, Sergio Ramos, Virgil Van Dijk, and Raphael Varane.
Manchester United keeper, David De Gea completes the 2019 FIFA Team of the Year.

Harry Kane is conspicuously missing from the team, as are World Cup winning Paul Pogba, Antoine Griezmann, and Huge Loris - we wonder if they will be upset at the neglect? But despite some odd inclusions and some weird omissions, we think this is a pretty OP team.

If you login to FIFA 19 before the end of the week, you can cast your vote to pick the Fan's Choice TOTY 12th player - sort of like a runners-up medal for your favourite player that didn't quite make the team.
There are five nominees - arguably all players who only just missed out on a spot in the Ultimate XI this time round.
You must pick from Liverpool's Salah, PSG's Neymar, Atletico Madrid's Griezmann, Chelsea's Hazard, and Manchester United's Pogba. To be honest, who ever wins will have a ridiculously OP card, so we don't really mind who wins.
If you spend a lot of time playing FIFA 19 Ultimate Team, you will know that these players will be INCREDIBLY expensive, costing millions of coins just to buy one.
You can get them in packs, but the odds are stacked greatly against you, and millions of other players will be desperately opening packs in the hope of earning a player in the short 24-hour period they are available.
TOTY packs will be available to buy at 6pm UK time tonight, but supply will dry up very, VERY quickly, so you are gonna have to be jonny-on-the-spot to make the most of the sale.
Early, rough estimations of player values have been thrown out online for you to check out, but we have taken a look to discover what we think the players might cost, just in case you pack one and want to sell, or you have a few million lying around and want to buy one.
