Halloween is a celebration observed in a number of countries on 31 October, the eve of the Western Christian feast of All Hallows’ Day. Electronic Arts also celebrates the Halloween, creating the first themed promotion of the season.
During the FIFA 19 Halloween promotion, Electronic Arts releases several FUT pack offers, themed kits, Ultimate Team Scream cards and squad building challenges. This promotion is not one of the most popular but it is still important because it is the first one.

How the FIFA 19 Ultimate Team Scream Cards Work
To promote the event, Electronic Arts introduced in FIFA 17 a brand new themed card. The Ultimate Team Scream cards are assigned to a selection of 23 players, chosen based on exceptional real world performances, records and FUT attributes, and released all at once in a single FUT squad.
These are the official rules we expect to see this time:
RULE 1
AVAILABILITY
Except 3 that become available only via SBCs and objectives, all FIFA 19 Scream cards are released in packs for a limited time (Oct 19 – Nov 01). During this period, they replace the corresponding regular not coloured cards. In other words, it is not possible to find a regular card of a Scream player during the Halloween event.
1.1. If you own the regular card of a scream player, your card will keep unchanged. If you want the new version, you will need to buy the corresponding version in the market or pull it from a pack in that week.
1.2. Your odds of pulling one of these Scream cards from a pack are exactly the same as pulling the day 1 card of that player in another time.
RULE 2
RATINGS AND STATS
For a limited time, 21 Ultimate Scream players will be released in packs. During the season, at specific times, their attributes will be updated.
2.1. All Ultimate Scream cards feature a small boost on their rating (+1), compared with their respective NIF cards, and two attributes boosted to 90.
2.2. For each card, the boosted attributes change every refresh time.
2.3. Since these are not temporary boosts, the attributes will not revert back to the first card. Instead, once new attributes are assigned, the cards will stay unchanged until a new refresh comes out.
RULE 3
WINTER UPGRADES
If a player is upgraded, his Scream card will also be upgraded.
3.1. Usually, if an upgraded player’s new OVR rating equals or surpasses his existing first in-form’s rating, his special cards will get an upgrade. However, an exception is made to Ultimate Team Scream items. These cards are not take in consideration as special cards.
RULE 4
SQUAD BUILDING CHALLENGES
When Ultimate Scream items are boosted, they can be used in any SBC at their higher rating.

How big are the ratings and stats boosts?
The Scream Team comes alive for Halloween in Ultimate Scream. From 19 October and for a limited time, 21 Ultimate Scream players will be released in packs featuring a small boost on their rating (+1), compared with their respective NIF cards, and 90 stats for two of the base attributes. Every refresh time, they will update the two attributes that will get the boost for at least 90.
What happens to the Halloween cards’ prices?
These new cards are sold for a higher price in the FUT transfer market because of four main reasons: many people like to collect them; the discard price of these cards are the same one of special cards; they are slightly better than the day 1 cards; and most of all, to fulfil the special squad building challenges. The FIFA 19 Halloween cards will be more expensive as soon as they are released and their price will progressively drop over time.
Since this is the first promotion of the season, most of the prices will have a slightly drop.

Как работаю карты FIFA 19 Ultimate Scream?

ПРАВИЛО 1
ДОСТУПНОСТЬ

All 23 Ultimate Scream players will automatically receive terrifying temporary stats boosts at various periods during the season, starting with Halloween (Oct 29 to Nov 1). When the period ends, the item goes back down to its original initially upgraded Ultimate Scream rating, until the next boost period.
Yes. You can trade the 23 Ultimate Scream players that you find in packs from the auction house from Oct 20 onwards. When they receive their temporary boosts, you can still trade them but beware, they will return back to their original initial upgraded rating once the boost period ends.

What FIFA 19 Ultimate Scream Offers We Can Expect?
During Ultimate Scream there will be special scream cards in FUT 19. These have a black-orange design. While waiting to discover the first Halloween players, this is what could be these cards this year (unofficial design).
