The first season in FIFA 19 career mode is a great time, one of the biggest reasons is the amazing 2019 pre-contract players you could potentially sign.
To get you started, we’ve rounded up over sixty 2019 pre-contract players.
- Iker Casillas really needs no introduction. He’s 37 now and playing for FC Porto but at 82 overall, could still do a job between the sticks for you. Petr Cech. The 36 year old looks to have been overtaken by Bernd Leno at Arsenal. At 82 overall, surely their loss? Alex Remiro is just about old enough to be snapped up on a pre-contract agreement. But cons > Alphonse Areola – Prov > Thomas Strakosha – The Lazio goalkeeper is a towering presence despite his young age. Already fit to be a first teamer at 81 overall, but has the potential to hit 86 eventually.
- Ignazio Abate is 32 now so not a long-term option but at 77 OVR, he could do a job for many teams. Rafael – Currently at OL but he’s still only 28 and has a respectable 79 rating. De Marcos is a year older than Rafael but the Bilbao right back is still useful at 79 OVR. Ibrahima Mbaye is one of the more interesting 2019 pre-contract players in our opinion. He’s 73 overall but he’s still only 24 years of age and has 80 potential. Juanfran is 80 rated, but might not stay there for long cons >
- Ashley Young – also 33 with a 79 rating, you could poach Man United’s full backs in one go. Fabio Coentrao has a few years on Young (30 years old) but shares his 79 rating. Konstantinos Stafyl > Alberto Moreno – The Liverpool right back is 77 OVR but at 26 years old, he can still grow to 79. Nacho Monreal could be an excellent addition to your team. 30 isn’t a terrible age for an 80 rated left back. Filipe Luis has to be the top pick for the 2019 pre-contract players in the left back position. Sure, his age (33) surprised us too, but he is 85 overall.
- Dav > Vincent Kompany is also 85 overall but at 32 years old, you might get more value for money – depending on his wage demands. Jan Vertonghen – The Spurs man is currently the highest rated premier league centre back in FIFA 19. An 87 rating is incredible, and he’s still only 31. Diego Godin takes top spot among the centre backs of our 2019 pre-contract players list. Still has a few years left in him at 32, a 90 rated centre back is too good to pass up.
Defensive M > Cesc Fabregas – exactly the same as Dembele, 83 rating at 31 years old. Aaron Ramsey might be a better alternative, despite his 82 rating. He can reach 83 overall as he is still only 27. Adrien Rabiot would be our recommendation. 83 is already a great overall for a m >
- Olivier Giroud is only 32 years old and has an 82 rating. An excellent option if you like to play direct football. Max Kruse is also 82 overall, but is slightly younger at 30 years of age. Sebastian Giovinco also has an 82 rating and is 31. It’s worth mentioning that he ranked pretty high on our list of the best free kick takers in FIFA 19. Divock Origi is still only 23, and has 82 potential. He’s currently rated 77 overall. Jonathan Calleri can also grow from 77 to 82. The Deportivo Alaves striker is 25 years old. Aduriz – if he hasn’t announced his retirement in the first season, he’s bound to in the next season. 83 rated but he is 37 years old. Mario Balotelli – Why always him? 28 years old but still has an impressive 83 rating. Munir is the best striking option here, and completes our 2019 pre-contract players list. The 23 year old is currently 77 rated, but has 83 potential.

2019 in sports describes the year's events in world sports.
The FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup is an international beach soccer competition contested by the men's national teams of the member associations of FIFA, the sport's global governing body.
The tournament was established in 1995 as the Beach Soccer World Championship, taking place every year for the next decade under the supervision of Beach Soccer Worldwide (BSWW) and its predecessors. Due to the sport's rapid growth, FIFA took an interest in the sport, and as the main tournament in world beach soccer, it joined hands with BSWW in 2005 to take over the organization of the competition, re-branding it as an official FIFA tournament. Since 2009, the tournament has taken place every two years to allow continental tournaments to flourish without the burden of the World Cup qualifiers crowding the schedule every 12 months. The growing global popularity of beach soccer resulted in FIFA's decision to move the stage of the World Cup from its native home in Brazil to other parts of the globe to capitalise on and continue to stimulate global interest. The first edition held outside Brazil was in 2008 in Marseille, France.
The current tournament format lasts over approximately 10 days and involves 16 teams initially competing in four groups of four teams. The group winners and runners-up advance to a series of knock-out stages until the champion is crowned. The losing semi-finalists play each other in a play-off match to determine the third and fourth-placed teams.
The most recent edition was held in Nassau, Bahamas, and crowned Brazil as champions for the fourteenth time – after defeating Tahiti 6–0 in the final.
This is a list of the next scheduled events designated as "World Cup". There are a number of notable world cups in popular sports. Such a competition is generally considered the premier competition in its sport, with the victor attaining the highest honour in that sport and able to lay claim to the title of their sport's best.
Optus Sport is an Australian group of sports channels, owned by Optus launched on 13 July 2016.
The channels are available through Optus' Yes TV by Fetch IPTV platform, or through an Optus Decoder on the VAST Satellite Network, as well as through companion apps and the Optus Sport website.
The network was launched after Optus outbid the incumbent Foxtel for the English Premier League television rights, and the 24/7 channel Optus Sport 1 rebroadcasts the IMG world feed.
The Senegal national beach soccer team represents Senegal in international beach soccer competitions and is controlled by the Senegalese Football Federation, the governing body for football in Senegal.
The Uruguay–Argentina–Chile–Paraguay 2030 FIFA World Cup bid is an intended joint bid to host the 2030 FIFA World Cup by Uruguay, Argentina, Paraguay and Chile. The intended bid had initially been shared between only Uruguay and Argentina. The intended bid followed an earlier web movement claiming that FIFA should give Uruguay hosting rights for the 100th anniversary of the first World Cup, which was held in Uruguay. Argentina has interest as their national team played the final, which resulted in a defeat against the host team.
The Uruguay–Argentina intention to bid was officially confirmed on 29 July 2017 before Paraguay was confirmed as the third host on 4 October 2017. Chile confirmed their bid to host with the group on 14 February 2019 as a joint communique from the confirmed nations. Peru is also rumoured to be interested in hosting. Bolivia asked to join the South American bid.
The Senegal national beach soccer team represents Senegal in international beach soccer competitions and is controlled by the Senegalese Football Federation, the governing body for football in Senegal. What is a pre-contract in FIFA 19?
In professional football, a Bosman Transfer or Free Transfer is where a football club releases a player when his contract expires or when the contract about to expire. Every foot club dreams of becoming the strongest in terms of winning big league football tournaments. To win such games, a club must buy high-profile football players from the transfer market. The highly rated players come at a price tag through their contracts. FIFA has made possible to hire such high-profile players on a pre-contract basis on the FIFA 19. Pre-contract is where the players are bought by the club before their current contracts expire.
How to Buy Players on Pre-Contract?
The football clubs tie down the players through a contract agreement with a release clause that dictates certain demands should another club want to buy them before their contracts end. Most of the time, when the contract ends, the players can move to other clubs on a free transfer. This means that a club can approach the players before their contract ends and offer them a deal of a new contract and this way they will be able to freely walk to their new clubs without restrictions when their current contracts end.
FIFA 19 has made negotiations between a player and a club more interesting and lifelike better than before. In FIFA 19 career mode, you can now arrange for a meeting with a player you are interested in and strike a deal face to face. Even though the players will be available to you much later on a free bill, it is ideal to monitor your wage promises to them.
The Benefits of Contact Expiry Signing
You do not have to pay a transfer fee through contract expiry signing. This implies that a club can sign for the player for free. The most important thing is to negotiate on the player’s roles, wages, the length of the contract, and contract clauses.
The Best Time for FIFA 19 Signing
The best time to approach a signing for FIFA 19 is January 1st. This is the time when players enter their final six months of their contracts. Note that other clubs can easily beat you in the negotiations, so put more efforts, and do not forget that it is important to start negotiating pre-contracts early in January. If you start negotiating in the middle of the month or in the end you run the risk of losing the best players to other teams or they can even renew their actual contracts with their clubs.
When the Signed Player Will Join Your Club
The player will join your club in July 1st, almost immediately when their current contracts expire. Once their current contract expires, they are at your disposal and can now join your team.
The Top 10 Players with Contract Expiring in 2019 (First Season)
This section provides a description and discussion of some of the top players that will be available on contract expiry deal based on the FIFA 19 Career Mode. All the players in this list are aged 24 years and above, and all of them have at least an overall of 81.
Filipe Luis (LB) (Overall rating 85 – POT 85)
Club | Age | Best Stats | Work Rate | Wage | Value | Position(s) |
Manchester United | 32 | Sprint Speed, Shot Power | High/ High | €120K | €10M | RB |
Antonio Valencia joined Manu back in June 2009 and his contract expires in 2019. He plays in RB position. He has an overall rating of 81 and a potential of 81. Today, Valencia is worth 10million euros. He has a wage of 120k euros. Valencia is 32 years and given his rate, he is on the decline. This implies that you may get him at a bargain come 2019.
David De Gea (Overall rating 91 – POT 93)
Club | Age | Best Stats | Work Rate | Wage | Value | Position(s) |
Atlético Madrid | 32 | Heading Accuracy, Jumping, Strength, Marking | Medium/ High | €125K | €44M | CB |
Diego Godin is one of the finest center-backs in the world. It looks strange that he could be probably playing his game away from Atletico Madrid in the coming season. Diego is the Uruguay captain and he joined Atletico in 2010 from Villarreal, heading on to win a Copa del Ray, La Liga two EUFA Super Cups and two Europa Leagues, now that’s something to watch out for.
Godin is headed to his senior age in the game, at 32, he can be yours through contracting expiring signing on a weekly wage of £110,000. That’s a good bargain for 90 rating. His best statistical figures are 90 marking, 92 heading accuracy, and 91 jumping.
Jan Vertonghen (Overall rating 87 – POT 87)
Club | Age | Best Stats | Work Rate | Wage | Value | Position(s) |
FC Schalke 04 | 35 | Heading Accuracy, Shot Power, Standing Tackle | Medium/ Medium | €42K | €10.5M | CB |
Naldo is still doing fairly well despite the fact that is already 356 years old, something which is considered underestimated center back. The Brazilian has been a significant force and a Stalwart since 2005 in the German football. He has a highly impressive goal scoring record for himself. He is a big defender, having netted seven times in the last season.
Naldo took the Bundesliga to 65. Naldo was only capped four times by Brazil. He is, therefore, a much cheaper option to go within the Career Mode having a weekly wage of £40,000. However, given that he is 35, this implies that overall rating of 86 will drop further this season, therefore consider him only if you looking for a one-season stop-gap at your back. Naldo’s best skills are 92 shot power 94 heading accuracy, and 90 standing tackle.
Koke (Overall rating 85 – POT 86)
Club | Age | Best Stats | Work Rate | Wage | Value | Position(s) |
FC Porto | 28 | Dribbling, Agility, Composure | High/ Medium | €28K | €39M | LM |
You could not be familiar with the name Yacine Brahimi, but he is one of Porto’s most impressive players. Yacine is at his prime age, and plays as a left middle fielder. Yacine had a great return this season having scored 44 goals. This is spiced up by his 34 assists in the five seasons at the Portuguese giants. Yacine is already a captain of the Algerian team.
He has great attributes including 92 agilities, 90 composures and 93 dribbling with an overall rating of 85. Yacine is cheap with a weekly wage of £25,000 and anyone considering acquiring a great player at good bargain. Yacine is a good bargain because he is still young, and have several years to top.
Sami Khedira (Overall rating 85 – POT 85)
Club | Age | Best Stats | Work Rate | Wage | Value | Position(s) |
FC Bayern Munich | 34 | Curve, Balance, Dribbling | High/ Low | €120K | €19.5M | RM RW |
Arjen Robben have lots of playing qualities despite the fact that he is aged 34. In his career, Dutchman is known to have dribbled past hundreds of defenders, with his trademark being left foot, lifting him to league titles in different countries including Spain, Germany, Holland and England.
Arjen Robben is not very cheap, at £106,000 weekly wages, you have to be sure why you want to bring him in to your team. There is no doubt he is one of the best football players that you can target for pre-contract signing, but you have to understand why you need him in. since he is aged 34 years, his performance could decline from 85 to 83 by the end of the season. This implies that you could only get the best of him for six months in 2019. Robben has impressive statistics including 89 dribbling, 90 curve, and 90 balance. With these statistics, he could be very valuable at bringing your club to greater heights.
With lots of improvements and changes in the FIFA 19 career mode, especially in the transfer upgrade where the club or agent has the ability to make deals on face-to-face basis with the new players, news clips where you could get to see your newly signed player in a press conference, and quick submissions that does not demand for pausing to make alterations; you will be in a position to participate in all the premium league 20 stadiums. The FIFA 19 will be definitely an intriguing experience you have never experienced before.

The same can be done by entering the name of a club and will get all players available in pre contract in 2019 from that same club.
It’s true, you can easily own the best goalkeeper in the world for free when the season comes to an end. It is an open knowledge that Manchester United is currently struggling and that the potential players in the club are not at ease. For example, David de Gea recently walked from Old Trafford after the campaign ended, making the biggest clubs around the world on red alert. The two-time Europa League winner, Premier League and FA Cup champion made some of the cleanest sheets in the league in the previous year (18), irrespective of the fact that he had made fifth most saves (115). President of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Amaju Melvin Pinnick has affirmed that the Super Falcons will play at least eight matches in their build-up to the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup.
Pinnick acknowledged that the Falcons have only two international breaks before France 2019, which would have left them with only two build-up friendlies, but says the NFF enrolled the team for two competitions in order to accord them more match opportunities before the Mundial.
The Falcons might end up playing up to 12 matches en route to France 2019, as the second competition the team will feature in has group and knock out format.
Pinnick added that the Falcons will start their preparation as early as January, when they go for a four-nation competition in China, then go for the major build-up outing at a 16-nation invitational in Cyprus.
The NFF boss stressed that they ensured the Falcons were quickly registered for both competitions, because they are focused on giving the nine-time African Women Cup of Nations champions a strong chance of doing well at the World Cup.
Nigeria are drawn in Group A alongside hosts France, Norway and the Korea Republic, ahead of which Pinnick says the Falcons need the best kind of preparations to stand any chance of doing well next year.
Pinnick added: “We aren’t going to France to make up the numbers of participating nations, but to play and make a respectable impact.
“As you know, there are only two free windows before the World Cup, but we decided that instead of playing friendly matches the team will embark on an invitational tournament to boost their preparations.
“I can confirm to you that come January 14 next year the team will be heading to Asia.
“There they will play Korea, who happen to be in our group, China and Canada, who are among the biggest nations when it comes to women’s football.”
